The North Face Women's Arctic Parka

But most down parkas are not waterproof, putting that down at risk—and us at risk—in cold and wet conditions. Lucky for us, the Arctic Down Parka keeps us toasty with 600-fill down that's protected by a 2-layer waterproof membrane that keeps out rain, sleet, ice, and snow. The parka also places moisture-tolerant synthetic insulation in high-moisture areas to provide a winter outer layer that maintains its loft and insulating capabilities in both wet and dry conditions.
